Pws dopamine

Hoi,
Ik en een vriendin van mij wilden ons PWS doen over dopamine. Wij willen hierbij ook een proef doen maar weten niet goed hoe wij dit het beste kunnen aanpakken. We vroegen ons af of er een manier is om het dopaminegehalte in het lichaam te meten. Wij hadden online gelezen over een ligand die alleen aan dopamine kan hechten om daarna daar aan te kunnen meten, maar weten niet of dit haalbaar is?
