PWS: bestrijdingsmiddelen appels

Wij zijn twee leerlingen van het St. Ignatiusgymnasium uit Amsterdam, en hebben een vraag omtrent ons profielwerkstuk. Ons profielwerkstuk gaat over biologisch voedsel en onze hoofdvraag luidt: "Hoe eerlijk is biologisch voedsel?". Nu zouden wij graag onderzoek willen doen naar bestrijdingsmiddelen op biologische en niet-biologische groenten en fruit. We willen namelijk onderzoeken of er minder bestrijdingsmiddelen op biologische producten zitten. Op onze school kunnen we deze proef niet uitvoeren, heeft er iemand dus ideeën hoe we dit het beste kunnen aanpakken? Of is er iemand die dit eerder voor zijn/haar PWS heeft gedaan?
