Fluoridegehalte bepalen in tandpasta

Hoi,
Wij hebben als pws onderwerp tandpasta gekozen. Onze hoofdvraag hierbij is: Wat zijn de verschillen tussen soorten tandpasta's? Een van onze deelvragen is: Wat is het fluoridegehalte van de verschillende tandpasta's?
We willen dit graag onderzoeken op een universiteit, omdat het best lastig is om dit zelf op school uit te voeren. We hadden bedacht om dit te doen met spectrofotometrie. Zouden jullie ons hier misschien mee willen helpen?
