Beste,
Wij houden ons pws over diclofenac, voor het praktische deel van ons onderzoek hebben we de eerste stap van de synthese van diclofenac uitgevoerd. We kunnen aan de hand van Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) niet aantonen of ons reactieproduct aanwezig is of niet. Heeft u misschien nog een andere manier om de stof aan te tonen?

Hoi,
Door middel van een H-NMR of C-NMR spectrum kan worden aangetoond of het gewenste reactie product is ontstaan, alleen is dit helaas niet mogelijk op de TU Delft.
Als jullie nog andere vragen hebben hoor ik het graag.
