Profielwerkstuk fenylethylamine chocolade

Goedendag,
Mijn naam is Sanne van Dijk en ik zit in 6VWO. Voor mijn profielwerkstuk onderzoek ik de verschillen in concentratie van fenylethylamine in chocolade. Hiervoor heb ik de molaire extinctie coëfficiënt nodig van fenylethylamine in ethanol, maar dit getal kan ik helaas nergens vinden. Ik vroeg me af of dit getal bij jullie misschien bekend is.

Ik heb heel erg mijn best gedaan om deze coëfficiënt te vinden, maar het is niet gelukt. Het is heel specifiek en daarom dus ook moeilijk te vinden. Ik ben bang dat je alleen achter zou kunnen komen door het zelf te berekenen, maar dat zal jullie waarschijnlijk niet lukken.
